The name Cuppoochieno is more than just clever, it’s personal. A warm fusion of Poochie, the founder’s beloved dog, and cappuccino, the café classic, the brand name captures exactly what this business stands for: soulful coffee served with love, loyalty, and a wagging tail.

Over time, the brand cultivated a loyal following among young professionals, creatives, and pet-loving coffee lovers. But its visual identity hadn’t evolved to reflect its full personality. It was time for a refresh, one that stayed true to its roots, while elevating its impact.

Rebranding with Character (Literally)

At the heart of our redesign is a fresh new face for the brand, Poochie, lovingly reimagined as an illustrated mascot. Soft, friendly, and full of personality, this hand-drawn pup isn’t just cute; it’s connective. Poochie is now the café’s unofficial greeter, appearing across cups, menus, packaging, and merch—instantly memorable and deeply on-brand.

We paired the mascot with a muted color palette of cozy neutrals and pops of playful pastels, creating a space that feels calm, comforting, and joyfully modern. Every detail—from the hand-drawn typography to the little paw prints tucked into patterns was crafted to feel intentional, warm, and Instagram-worthy.
